Orders & Payments
Choose the product and size you want, add it to your basket and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery and payment details and complete your order.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order can still be changed before processing or dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £10.
Yes. Orders of £500 or more qualify for free delivery.
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 2–15 working days after your order has been processed for dispatch.
While most orders are expected within the stated timeframe, unexpected courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
Where tracking is available for your order, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items should be unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Items should not show unnecessary wear, damage, washing or alteration.
Genral Questions
No. Gift items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
If a gift item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so we can review the issue.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an eligible return.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 days.
The time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Always follow the care instructions provided with your specific jacket. Avoid exposing leather unnecessarily to excessive water, heat or harsh cleaning products.
Yes. Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen or device settings. Natural leather can also have variations in texture and appearance.
